Business IT services · Tri-Cities, TN

IT projects and support, done right the first time.

Network installations, fiber cutovers, workstation rollouts, backup, and on-call support. Every job is scoped up front, scheduled around your hours, and documented when it's done, so your team keeps working.

I work with medical and dental practices, law and accounting offices, and small teams that don't have an IT person on staff.

Fixed-scope quotes · After-hours and weekend scheduling · Minimal downtime

What I do for businesses

Project work and ongoing support for offices and multi-site operations across the region.

Network installations

Design and install wired and wireless networks: switches, routers, firewalls, access points, and VLANs, built to scale as you add staff and devices.

Fiber & internet cutovers

Migrate to fiber or a new provider with the cutover coordinated end to end. Equipment is staged and configured ahead of time, then switched over with minimal downtime.

Workstation deployment

Spec, image, and roll out new workstations and laptops, standardized and joined to your network so staff can sit down and work.

Backup & disaster recovery

Automated on-site and offsite backups, with a recovery plan I test so you know it restores. A failed drive or a ransomware event doesn't have to stop your business.

On-call & managed support

One number to call when something breaks. Remote and on-site support, priority response, and routine maintenance that heads off the recurring problems.

Something else?

Server and NAS setup, moves and buildouts, email and Microsoft 365. If it's on your network, ask me about it.

How engagements work

Every project is scoped, quoted, and scheduled before work starts, so you know the cost before I begin.

  1. 1

    Assess & scope

We walk your site and current setup, define the goals, and sort out anything that has to happen first. The walkthrough is $99.

  2. 2

    Plan & quote

You get a fixed-scope quote and a timeline, with work scheduled around your business hours to keep disruption to a minimum.

  3. 3

    Deploy & document

I do the work cleanly, test it, and hand over documentation of what you have and how it's configured.

Recent project

A dental lab in Elizabethton

They changed internet providers and needed the network rebuilt around the new connection.

The situation

The lab switched ISPs and the existing switch and router weren't going to carry the new connection.

What I did

Installed a new switch and router, then inventoried every device on their network and assigned static IPs to the dental equipment so it stays reachable.

What they have now

A documented network with a record of what's on it and where, so the next change doesn't start from scratch.
