How much does a repair cost?
Every job starts with a free estimate — tell me what's going on and I'll give you a ballpark up front. If your computer needs hands-on diagnosis to pin down the problem, there's a small diagnostic fee, and it goes toward the cost of the repair if you decide to move forward. Either way, you'll know the price before I begin, with no hidden fees.
Is there a charge for pickup and return?
Pickup and return is a flat $35, credited toward your repair if you decide to move forward. I mention it up front so there's never an awkward surprise at the door.
What if you can't fix it?
If I can't solve the problem, you don't pay for the repair. I'll be upfront about it and point you toward the best next step.
How long does a repair take?
Most common repairs are finished within a few days. I'll give you a realistic timeframe when I pick up your computer, and I'll keep you posted.
Do you work on both Windows and Mac?
Yes. I service Windows PCs and Macs — laptops and desktops alike — for both households and small businesses.
Is my personal data safe?
Your privacy matters. I only access what's needed to fix the problem, and I never share, move, or delete your personal files without your say-so.
